By Their Very Nature, Highway Fatalities Attract Public Attention. In The Aftermath, Law Enforcement Officials Are Under Pressure To Find The Cause Or Culprit. And By Their Very Nature, These Officials Have A Bias Towards Finding A Responsible Party. The Worse The Accident, The More The Pressure To Resolve The Case; Especially If Alcohol Is Involved. Alcohol Related Highway Fatalities Inherently Produce Pressure To Rush To Judgment, Creating A Great Risk Of Violating The Rights Of Innocent Parties. In The Following Accident, A Surviving Sister Was Charged With The Deaths Of Her Two Siblings. This Author Acted As The Expert For Her Defense In A Jury Trial.Published
