A Slope Failure Occurred During The Excavation For And The Construction Of A Concrete Retaining Wall That Resulted In The Death A Worker On Site. The Forensic Study Involved An Evaluation Of The Slope And Retention Systems To Address The Relative Influence Of Rainfall And Weather Verses The Method Of Construction And General Construction Site Safety.
