Abstract

A Robotic Welding System Provided By The Defendant To The Plaintiff, A Scaffold Manufacturer, Was Proven Within The Legal System As Incapable Of Producing Suitable Welds For Manufacturing Scaffold Frame Components. All Welding Was Governed By The Plaintiffs Design, Materials, Process And Quality Requirements.
