AbstractThis Paper Concerns The Biomechanical Evaluation Of The Injuries Arising From An Injury-Causingccident. The Presentation Will Involve The Assessment Of How The Events Related To And The Likelihood Thempact Caused The Injuries And/Or The Symptoms That Were Claimed In The Legal Proceedings. The Likelihoodhat The Injury Has Occurred From This, Relates To Both The Duration Of The Symptoms And The Recovery Asell As The Appropriateness Of The Treatment That Was Received. This Analysis Was Conducted In Oppositiono That Produced By The Plaintiff Forensic Expert Including His Evaluation Of The Threshold Levels Thatere Reached Or Exceeded. The Question Should Be: Should The Event Be Judged As A Likely Source To Haveaused The Symptoms That Were Reported Or Claimed, And Did The Recovery Match The Medical Interventionnd Meet The Expected Guidelines For This Array Of Symptoms.
